I found out today that you can use your +UPR for milk at Rite Aid. That is great! Locally (Poughkeepsie) a gallon of 2% is just $2.42.
I had not tried this before because I knew that the RRs at Walgreen's specifies that you cannot use it for milk and I also thought I had asked at Rite Aid and been told I could not. Today the cashier told me you can use it for anything other than cigarettes and alcohol.
