CVS: Crest Pro-Health & Kleenex Deal

There is a deal on Crest Pro-Health toothpaste at CVS this week.  Purchase $10 Crest Pro-Health toothpaste and get a $5 ExtraBucks at checkout.  There is a $1 off coupon in last week's P&G insert.  There is also a $3 off $15 toothpaste CVS coupon coming out of the Magic Red Machine.

The Kleenex is on sale for $.99 and there is a $.25 CVS coupon coming out of the Magic Red Machine (Watch that the Kleenex rings up for $.99, mine did not and they had to adjust it.)

The Toothpastes were $3.97 each.  I used 4 - $1 off manufacturer's coupons and the $3 off $15 toothpaste CVS coupon.  I paid $8.88 and received $5 ExtraBucks at the register to use on my next purchase.  That is like paying just $.97 for each toothpaste.

CVS: Physician's Formula Deal

Physician's Formula blush, bronzer, concealer, foundation and powder are 50% off at CVS this week.

The magic coupon machine spit out a $4 off $12 cosmetic purchase.  I was able to get both of these items that retail for a total of $23.12 for $11.63.

CVS: Eucerin Deal

Great deal at CVS this week on Eurcerin.

Buy $20 in Eucerin, get $10 ExtraBucks when you check out.

There is a $2 off coupon in today's RedPlum.

I had a 20% off your entire purchase that I had received by email from CVS.

That gave me a discount of $4.26.
I used 4 of the $2 off coupons.

That brings my total purchase price for the Eucerin products $9.00 and I received a $10 ExtraBucks at the register for my Eucerin purchase.

It was like they paid me $1 to take them.

CVS: No More Bag Tag

I was at CVS today and was told that they are no longer honoring their bag tags.

I guess once again the good people have to suffer for what others do.  I guess customers were coming in with their bag tag (without a reusable bag) and having the cashier scan it. So they were getting credit for the bag tag ($1 ExtraBucks for every 4 scans) when they were just getting plastic bags.  My question would be "Why would the cashier scan the bag tag then?" but being that I am in a retail business myself, I know that "customer satisfaction is #1" and that is probably why they let them get away with it. 

CVS: Great Freebies Week

The CVS flyer is filled with "free after ExtraBucks" items this week.

Everything is this picture had ExtraBucks on it making it free except for the following items:

The Kotex U liners were $.49 after ECB
The Starbuck's Refresher was a $1.00 moneymaker after ECB and mfr. coupon
The Color Theory Eye/Lip Palette was $.99 after ECB

I walked in with a $4 ExtraBucks and a $1 mfr coupon.

I paid $26.24 after tax.

I walked out with 12 ExtraBucks coupons totalling $28.94.

WOO HOO!!!

My CVS Trip

I had a great trip to CVS today.

I walked in with a $7 ExtraBucks from my last visit, $2.50 ExtraBucks for last quarter's purchases, $5 ExtraBucks from the Beauty Club for my purchases, 20% off regular priced purchases from the 3 day flyer, a $5 off $30 purchase I printed from CVS.com when I logged into my account, a $1 off any NYC cosmetics priced $1.99 or higher I printed from CVS.com and I also now have a special CVS card from my health care provider that gets me 20% off any regular priced CVS brand item all the time.

I was able to use all of the above listed coupons on this visit for the items in the picture.

I also used a $4 off the Gillette razor from today's RP insert.
The Maybelline was BOGO 50% off.

I paid $5.74
I received $5 ExtraBucks for the razor purchase & $1 ExtraBucks for using my bag tag.

It was like being paid $.26 to take this stuff.........WOO HOO!  How can you beat that?

CVS: Great Pantene Moneymaker / Physician's Formula Deal

CVS has Pantene on sale 2/$8 ($4 each)

There is also an ExtraBucks deal where if you spend $30 you get $10 Extrabucks (see the front page of the flyer for products included in this deal)

There is a coupon in the 9/16 SS for "buy a Pantene shampoo and get a Conditioner or Styler for free" (up to a $6.99 value).

Well....this deal worked even better than I thought it would.

I purchased 4 shampoos and 4 conditioners and used 4 coupons.  The coupon deducted $6.99 rather than the actual price of the conditioners. 

I paid $4 for all 8 shampoos and conditioners and received a $10 ExtraBucks at checkout because the retail of all 8 of the Pantene products was over $30.00.

There is also a deal with the Physician's Formula cosmetics.  Spend $10 get $7 ExtraBucks.  I rolled my $10 ExtraBucks from my Pantenene purchase into a bronzer that retailed for $15.99.  Paid $7.29 after tax and received a $7 ExtraBucks at checkout for my next visit.

After sale prices, coupons and ExtraBucks on this shopping trip, I actually walked out making money.

My CoverGirl Deal At CVS

CVS has on the front page of their flyer that when you scan your card at the coupon center, you will receive a $5 off any $15 cosmetic purchase.  I scanned my card and received that coupon as well as a Beauty Club coupon for $3 off any $15 cosmetic purchase.

CoverGirl has a deal this week, make a $10 purchase and receive $3 ExtraBucks at Checkout.

I also loaded a 25% off coupon to my card the other day that expires today.

There is also a $3 off any 2 CoverGirl items in the 7/29 P&G.

Did you get all that?

Well...I purchased 2 CG felt tip eyeliners that were priced at $10.79 each.
Both of the money off of a $15 cosmetic purchase scanned so I received $8 off.
I used the $3 mfr coupon.
25% came off with the discount I loaded to my card.
I received a $3 ExtraBucks on my receipt.

So the retail of the 2 eyeliners was $21.58
I paid after all discounts etc... $2.93

CVS: Cash In Your Quarterly ExtraBucks

Another quarter has ended and it is time to get your ExtraBucks you earned last quarter for your purchases.

You can log in here to your CVS.com account and send the ExtraBucks to your card or print them.  If you do neither, it should print for you if you scan your card at the "Magic Red Machine" or print out at the bottom of your receipt the next time you make a purchase.

CVS: Great Deal

When I visited CVS on Monday the "Magic Red Machine" spit out a $3 off a $10 cosmetic purchase and a $5 off coupon that I earned through CVS' Beauty Club (which you can join by visiting their website).  I knew I had $1 off Cover Girl coupons in this month's P&G insert and I have always wanted to try the felt tip eye liners and they were on sale BOGO 50% off this week.

I returned tonight with all my coupons to make that purchase and the "Magic Red Machine" spit out a $15 off a Physician's Formula Facial Care product. 

I left CVS spending under $7 and saving $30.

The Cover Girl eyeliners were $8.99 ea (BOGO 50% off)
The Physician's Formula tinted moisturizer was $15.99
I used the $15, $5 and $3 CVS coupons and (2) $1 mfr coupons

$3 Trip To CVS

I took advantage of the free Bayer Advanced aspirin deal at CVS... see my post here... the $3 was for the 2 boxes of cereal on sale for $2 and I used a $1 off 2 I found here.  (Yes, yes, I actually spent $1.50 on a box of cereal which is against everything I believe in but I justified it with the 4 free boxes of aspirin).

CVS: Check Your Account

Check your CVS.com account for ExtraCare coupons.
I received a $3 off any Bayer Aspirin from the "magic machine" in the store today and it was also available for me to print from my account.  Bayer Advanced is on sale for $3 starting tomorrow making it free.  There is also supposed to be a $3 off mfr coupon in tomorrow's SS insert.

CVS: Check Your Email

Check your email....I received a 30% off your purchase coupon by email today from CVS that is good through 6/25/12.  It does have some exclusions.

This deal is only good for Friday, June 7th with the coupon you get out of the magic machine when you scan your ExtraCare card.

My MoneyMaker Trip To CVS

I paid just $.34 tonight at CVS and walked out with a $1 ExtraBucks for my next visit.  I had earned a $5 CVS eGift Card from Viggle.  Viggle is an app you can download to you iPhone and you earn points for watching TV shows.  I had earned 7500 points which bought me this $5 gifts card.  The items in the picture are on sale 3/$4 ($1.33 each) and there is a $1 ExtraBucks reward when you purchase 3 of them.  I purchased 4 of them to get me over $5 so I could use my eGift Card.
