Rite Aid - Banana Boat (Moneymaker/Free)
There is a great deal this week on Banana Boat Sunscreen.
They are BOGOF.
There is a $5 +UPR on them.
There is also the chance of a $2 off hangtag coupon on them.
I found my local Rite-Aid only had the kid's lotion and spray and it ranged from $9.99 each to $12.49 each. They also did not have the $2 hangtag but a friend of mine had hooked me up with those coupons a few months ago (Thanks Lori).
My purchase was a moneymaker!!!
I purchased 2 of the $9.99 sprays. Which made that $9.99 for both because they are BOGOF. I had 2-$2 off coupons.
I paid $5.99 and received 2-$5 +UPRs making that a $4.01 moneymaker. Woo Hoo!

Rite Aid: New +UPR Program
I wanted to take the time to make a comment on the new way Rite-Aid is handling the +UP Rewards that you earn.
The +UPRs are now put on your Wellness Card and available to be used the next day so you can no longer roll them into another transaction immediately.
You may not know this but you do have the option to change back over to paper rewards so that you have to manually hand the +UPR to the cashier to deduct it from your transaction. I had the cashier change mine back over to paper my last visit and this is why:
If you shop at Rite-Aid and you have +UPRs loaded on your card. Once you scan your card, the first thing the system does is reduce your bill automatically with your +UPRs that are on your card. This is not good if you have coupons because it may bring your balance down too low and you won't be able to use the coupons. The only way around this is to have the cashier ring your items, then take off your coupons, then scan your Wellness card. I don't like this because I like to see the sale prices ring up as the item is being rung and that won't happen if the Wellness card was not scanned first.
My advice is if you coupon frequently at Rite-Aid and usually walk out of there for next to nothing when you do. Change your +UPRs back over to paper so you can manually hand them to the cashier like you used to with your coupons and save the ones you don't use for the next visit. This way you can also pick and choose which ones you want to use.

Rite-Aid +UPR Change
As of today (9/2/12), your Rite-Aid +UP Rewards will not print as a coupon on your receipt when you make your purchase. They will be loaded onto your Wellness+ Card and cannot be used until after 6am the following day. That means no more rolling your rewards into multiple transactions on the same day.
This I am not liking at all!!!
The sign did say that it will load to your card through the Load2Card program which has actually been a program out for a while where you can load eCoupons to your Wellness+ card. I am not sure if you need to sign up separately for it or if your login for your Wellness+ account is what is the same log in for Load2Card so make sure you click here to go to Load2Card and try logging in with your Wellness+ login and password. If that does not work, create an account.

Olay Deal At Rite-Aid Successful
I shared a post yesterday here about the Olay coupons that printed at the bottom of my 2 Rite-Aid receipts on Monday.
I did return to Rite-Aid tonight and was successful stacking that Rite-Aid coupon with a manufacturer's coupon. I was able to get the Olay items for just $.18 for both. The Rite-Aid coupons were for $5 off and the P&G coupons from this month's insert were for $3 off. I have also earned a 10% off status with my Wellness+ Card. (WooHoo...it wasn't until I was typing up this post that I realized just how cheap I got that Olay for)!!!
The Clean & Clear face was was a good deal too. There is a BOGOF deal on Clean & Clear products exclusively in the Main St, Poughkeepsie store. There was a Grand Opening flyer with exclusive sales for that store. I paired the BOGOF sale with (2) $1 off coupons from the 5/13 SS to get both for just $2.25 each.

Rite Aid: Olay Coupons
I visited Rite Aid twice this week so far and both of my receipts had a $5 Off Olay Pro X, Regenerist or Total Effects Rite Aid Coupon.
I looking forward to pairing these coupons with some manufacturer's coupons for some inexpensive Olay facial cleanser.
I did notice that the Rite Aid coupon says "manufacturer coupon" on it but it has a Rite Aid bar code so it may not accept both the Rite Aid coupon and the coupon insert coupon.

Rite Aid: Pampers Cheap/Moneymaker
I have 2 nieces with babies due this summer so I made the trip to Rite-Aid because they have Pampers for $9.99 this week with a $2 +UPR. There are also $1.50 coupons here . Boy was I excited when I saw a sign on the Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive for 75% off. They are regular $12.99. The clearance price was $3.14. I was able to use my $1.50 coupon and the clearance Pampers triggered the $2 +UPR so 2 of the packs were moneymakers (the +UPR is a limit of 2).

Rite-Aid: Awesome Trip There Tonight
I walked out of Rite-Aid purchasing $63 in merchandise for $15 and I received $12 in +UPRs at checkout. That's like paying just $3 for everything. I found the deals on LRWC's matchup . The Combos were purchased without a coupon but they had a +UPR. I did use the coupons that LRWC said to use for the Pantene deal but the $3 off did not come off without a manager's override. I do believe that it was just luck that I was successful in using all the Pantene coupons I used because the cashier really did not understand why it was not taking it off and the manager did not go through the pile of coupons he had already scanned. If you read this matchup post, you will know what I am talking about with the Pantene coupons.
Oh and I cheated a little..I walked in with a $10 +UPR from my last visit so that helped get my out of pocket down so low.
