Don't you hate how your white resin patio furniture turns black and dingy and even your white fence?
Years ago I had called the company that made the stain I use on my fence to complain that it said the stain was mildew resistant and the fence is turning black. They told me to wash it with bleach and water mixed 4:1 (4 parts water to 1 part bleach). Spray it on, let it sit a few minutes then rinse it off. I have to say, this works wonderfully and it is so inexpensive. Here is my fence 1/2 done and you can see the difference. I did no scrubbing (you may have to scrub some spots sometimes). I have also used it on white resin patio chairs and it works great.
