You ask "How did you get a $20 +UPR"? Rite-Aid is running a Winter Rewards Program right now. If you spend $100 on qualifying products, you earn a $20 +UPR. All the Stayfree I purchased today and on Monday helped me to reach that $100 and I paid nothing but the tax on all of them. (I haven't done the math but the Stayfree alone may have been $100 in product at it's retail price).
